The National Cathedral in Washington D.C. has a wide variety of stained glass windows – some are in a cathedralesque medieval style, while others are very modernistic. (I think this is a representation of the creation, but I may be wrong.)
It’s fabulous, such amazing colour!
And it’s only one of many, many windows – stained glass is astonishing!
*Imagining* beams of bright blue light if the sun shone through ….

Mmm, yes – this picture was taken on a cloudy day (actually, it started to snow a few hours later). If the sun had been shining, I’m sure it would be even more brilliant 🙂
