A gratuitous bunch of pictures.
It’s been a long, tiring day, and I can’t think of anything much to write about. It’s time to fall back on something simple – pictures.
I need a theme, though. Let’s see…..GREEN.
Krka Falls, Croatia. I’ve posted several other pictures of this park at one time and another – but not nearly all the shots I took. Seriously, go see it if you ever have the chance – it’s beautiful.
Katherine the Great’s palace in St. Petersburg, Russia. I’ve seldom seen such a thoroughly green building.
Saguaro National Forest outside Tucson, Arizona. Not a green place normally, but when we saw it in the spring of 2005, it was surprisingly green for a desert.
Williamsburg, Virginia, May 2007. Now, that was green.
Tomatillos, freshly washed, slightly wet, and ready for the oven. A food that takes being green seriously.
A fountain just outside the walls of the Old City in Quebec. Summer, and beautifully green.
