I saw this toppling pillar of hearts in a souvenir shop in Venice – I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a Valentine’s Day display, since I took the picture in June, but I think it’s appropriate this week anyhow.

I never did figure out what you’re supposed to do with the pile of hearts – put it in the middle of the room as a conversation piece??
I think it will do just as nicely next to a large potted plant in a corner of the room.
